    From the finalists of this stage, we will collect any necessary documentation (e.g., valid NC Driver’s License, CPR Certification proof, vaccination proof, etc.), check their references, and run background checks.

  • We will provide you with profiles of the best candidates for you to meet with for a final interview. This is where you can get a better sense of who they are as people and how they might fit into your household.

  • Once you have selected your nanny from the options provided we will support you and your new teammate through a one-week paid work trial so you can feel confident before officially hiring them.

    If it’s a good fit, The Mommy Mentor will draft a Nanny Contract that suits both the Client’s and the finalist’s needs.

    We will provide a 60-day guarantee, which commences on the finalist’s start date.
